Four Seasons Color and Weave Towels

Create a set of beautiful and practical dishtowels while exploring an array of captivating color-and-weave patterns.

Weave Structure: plain weave with color and weave.

Yarns: Aurora Earth 8/2 Cottons.  Use the drop-down menu to make your color choice. The towels are shown in Spring.

Equipment needed: rigid heddle loom; 20” weaving width; 10 dent reed (20 epi); 4-8 shuttles; 8 bobbins (if using boat shuttles).

Finished Dimensions: two hemmed towels 16.5" × 23" hemmed.

Instructions: You will receive a PDF download by email. These instructions are written for rigid heddle looms, but this project can be woven on a multi shaft loom in plain weave. There is also a 15" warping draft available for those that have 15" weaving width.
